SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your order. JB LASHES processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Normal delivery and transit is 2-10 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, closed business hours). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders are shipped from Southern California.

Air shipments or rush orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the next business day. We are not liable for delays in shipping due to weather conditions or processing delays. Please call us at 714-521-6200 or Toll Free at 1-800-748-5168 before 12pm PST for same day shipping requests.

DELIVERY

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when JB LASHES has shipped your order. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, JB LASHES is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages, and is not obligated to re-send the goods. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. Orders are shipped with either UPS or USPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Can I track the status of my order?

Simply go to Your Account to get the latest on your order status. Of course you can also call us and we'll check it for you! We'd love to hear from you.

International Orders

Normal transit for international orders is 1-2 weeks in addition to customs processing. All customs information, laws & regulations for importing goods is the responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local customs for the most current information. Any brokerage fees, customs tax, duties are billed by customs only, and are required to be paid by the receiver. Any returned shipments due to failure of paying duties or taxes, or due to lack of paperwork necessary to release shipment from customs is the responsibility of the receiver. UPS will discard packages not claimed from customs within 2 weeks. Unclaimed packages are not the responsibility of JB LASHES, and the receiver may be billed for fees of package returns to the USA, and also re-shipment requests.

1-2-3! You set the timeframe and quantities. You can pause, cancel, or change any part of your schedule. There's no charge to set up Auto-Delivery and we never, ever charge a membership fee.

Can I Skip/pause/cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can skip, pause or cancel auto-delivery subscription anytime. You can pause your subscription while going on a long holiday or temporarily relocating to a different location. Also skip your immediate delivery/occurrence to next cycle and cancel your subscription any time.

Set start date of subscription

Generally, the start date of the subscription is the date on which you make a purchase, but with Auto-Delivery you can specify a subscription start date. This date can be any date later than the date of purchase.

Easy products subscription management

Auto-Delivery allows you to manage subscription for multiple products under one roof. You can choose to manage start date and end date of subscription for individual products, set renewal period, manage billing address for all subscribed products, and save payment information.

OUT OF STOCK

We will notify you of any out of stock items or delayed processing for your order, along with an estimated time of arrival for items that are shipped separately.

DAMAGED / MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email sales@jblashes.com within three (3) days of receipt of the product. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. JB LASHES reserves the right to either replace the item or offer credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.

RETURN POLICY

JB LASHES strives to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, JB LASHES cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened. Within 30 days of the date that the postal carrier delivers your products, you may elect to return unopened, merchandise for a refund in an amount equal to the purchase price (less shipping fees and a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price), but you also have the option to receive a product credit against future purchases in an amount equal to the purchase price (less a processing fee equal to 10% of the purchase price). Product credits accrued on your account shall remain on your account until they are redeemed for qualifying purchases or until they expire, whichever occurs first. If you do not complete a paid purchase on your account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, then any accrued product credits on your account will automatically expire. If your JB LASHES account is suspended or terminated for any reason, then any unused product credits accrued on your account will expire immediately.

If you determine that products shipped to you are defective, you must inform JB LASHES of their condition within thirty (30) days of receipt via email at returns@jblashes.com. You will be given a return authorization number (RMA#) with shipping instructions. All products must be returned in original packaging. JB LASHES reserves the right to either replace defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of defective product.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged - once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
